Spirit skills stuck as unusable after re-equipping (Weapon Set issue)

I'm experiencing an issue with Spirit skills in Path of Exile 2.
The skills Wind Dancer and Herald of Thunder were previously working fine on my character.
I unequipped them temporarily to reorganize my setup, but after re-equipping them, they became unusable.
The skills now show the error:
"Not usable for current weapon set settings"
The skill icons are red, and I'm unable to assign them to either weapon set - the checkboxes are locked and cannot be enabled.
I also have more than enough Spirit available, so this doesn't seem to be a Spirit reservation issue.
I've seen information stating that when Spirit gems are unequipped, they may unassign from weapon sets and need to be reassigned manually. However, in my case, I'm completely unable to reassign or activate them.
Could you please advise if this is a known bug or if there's a way to reset or fix the weapon set assignment for these skills?

I'm also having this problem with the same Spirit Gems. Wind Dancer WAS working but now it says it's 'not usable with current weapon settings' on a spear. Spear is a martial weapon right? It happened after I deactivated the skill and now won't reactivate. :(
