arastas bugged poe2?

my friend got to arastas but the game crashed after she spoke to the missionary. now the doors are open but she cant progress into the map. reseting doesnt work either. any suggestions ?

" Alot of people including myself are at arastas and cannot progress into the cathedral where the doors open. It is a major gamebrekaing bug GGG need to address ASAP. No dev has even responded yet |
