Stormcharged - no buff icon?

Not sure if this is my ignorance or lack of understanding or an actual bug...

I am an Oracle Druid Wolf. I have the ascendency to always crit (even though my actual crit chance is 10% due to bad weapon and lack of pts in tree).

I selected Stormcharged talent to buff my damage 40% whenever I crit but I never see a buff icon.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?
