Act 4 post Act boss not progressing.

After defeating Tavakai, the hooded one is refusing to heal Makoru, both Tavakai and the hooded one are stood there, nothing is progressing. Quest is stuck on "Witness the Hooded one cure Tavakai and Makoru".

Tried teleporting in and out, nothing happens, only fix seems to be restting the area and redoing it :(
