There is a terrible bug, please help me!

I met a terrible bug that I get into a Wireless loop.

I killed the boss(Grand Mage in Map excavate), at the same time I died, then I choose to be re-live, then found that I cannot get into the door anymore.

I tried many times to restart at the record place. The boss remained on a drying-state and disappeared immdicately, and then I still cannot move into the door.

What should I do?
