[Druid] Stuck in terrain after using Dragon Form leap/jump skills

Body: Hi GGG team,

I am experiencing a recurring issue where my character gets stuck in the terrain while playing as a Druid in Dragon Form.

Description: When using leap or movement skills in Dragon Form to jump across or onto certain terrain/objects, the character occasionally gets stuck and becomes completely unable to move.

Class/Form: Druid (Dragon Form)

Location: Occurred in various maps/areas.

Please look into the collision detection for the Dragon Form's movement. Thank you!
