Enemies Debuffs not showing

Currently:

Curses not showing debuffs on enemies hit, Despair / velnerability (elemental works fine, same skill gems for all three, only used singular at a time)

Minion - Brute - Intimidate doesn't show it landing when cast (worked previous version fine)
