Shapeshift breaking Kelari's Judgement

Using Kelari's Judgenment channeled spell while shapeshifted will revert form but the spell animation will be broken. The floating sword effects will not move. The tooltip will not show the cast has been used and is on cooldown. Using the skill again later will have the animation desynced. Shapeshifting again will resume normal behaviour
