new chest spawn on vaal encounters bugged

after battling at a vaal encounter when the chest "came up" from underneath the central circle, my character was unable to move, pick up any items or port back to town. It wasn't frozen, everything else around me was still moving, but my character seemed stuck in the circle. To recreate, make sure you're on the circle when you kill the last mob. It forces you to logout, and when you log back in, everything is still dead, but all the items and chest are gone
