Shapeshifter Bug collection

- Werewolf Shred Attack has the AOE tag but is seemingly not affected by aoe increases or aoe dmg increases. Not sure if it's only a tooltip bug. Bear and Wyvern form don't have this bug.
- The visual effect for Scavenged Plating still uses the normal humanoid shape instead of the corresponding shapeshift form.
- Lunar Blessing's buff duration added by rage (0.2sec) doesn't scale with increased duration. The text suggests that it should.
- Second Wind doesn't work on Pounce
- Ice Fragmets, by using shred on a frozen enemy, don't seem to spawn on some campaign bosses. The big statue guy in act 3 and the big undead construct in act 3 either have no fragments spawning or they fall away into the holes. There were some other bosses, without holes, were the fragments definitely didn't spawn at all.
