Azmadi dash attack deals the same damage as telegraphed attacks

Basically, the title.

Done some testing after unfortunate death and it looks like the first part of the fast dash attack deals like 5x damage of it's second part on the dash collision.
It makes being in melee with this boss quite an experience, since the windup, sound clue and dodge-ability of this attack is non-existant.
