Vaal Temple: Grand Phylactory doesn t work

Hello

In the new Vaal Temple league mechanic the Grand Phylactory doesn t work for me: i kill all the monsters in the room. the room stays incomplete, the doors stay closed. I can t interact with the Soul Core infuser.

I don t know if this is a bug or if i m doing something wrong.
