Unique Map Not Accessing

Hello,

I have been trying (and wasting quite a few maps) trying to access the unique mansion map in the pictures. However, every time I complete a map, it is undoing progress on another map slot, marking it attempted, but incomplete, and not granting access to the unique map in the zone. This is the fifth time in a row this has happened and can clearly be seen happening in the pictures below.
