Staggering palm + Nova Projectiles still dont working

Nova Projectiles 1 does not work with Staggering Palm, and this has not been fixed in the latest patch, even though you are well aware of the problem because other players have also reported it, and this support skill is suggested for Staggering Palm.

I know from experience that such a bug is not difficult to replicate, and I would like to point out that it looks like you are not playing the game you are making, which is very unfortunate, because this is yet another one of the most buggy leagues in the history of this game.

This is all the more unfortunate for me because I have been supporting your titles since the very beginning of Path of Exile 1.
