Organised forces atlas node doesn't work with overseer tablet

The 'Organised Forces' Atlas node does not apply to maps with an Overseer's Tablet, whereas 'Beyond Reality' works as intended, as shown in the screenshots below even though both nodes have same activation condition. +1 to the issue, can confirm all of the above mentioned is consistent. if it is intended, it definitely has to be worded correctly
