PoE 2 hard crash high end pc

Hello

This new season is amazing and the fps boost is absolutely nuts however. Whenever there is burning ground or opening abyss my CPU will go full throttle fan speed goes to 100% and it sounds like the pc is ready to take off and eventually hard crashes after 3-5 games having to do CTRL + ALT + DELETE to force close it.
I have every setting on low except no down scaling scaling. I have tried just about every setting with no luck when it comes to improving the issue.
Tried switching between DirectX12 and Vulkan.
Also tried switching between Upscale mode. Bilinear, NIS, FSR, Intel XeSS, NVIDIA DLSS. There is zero difference between the settings when it comes to fps and in the end it still crashes
All drivers are up2date even flashed by bios.
Hoping someone have some input
