For the love of god please fix these lagspikes!

Getting those permanently on EU/Frankfurt.... i tried every fix there is out there - nothing helped. Every other game runs perfectly fine on stable 20-25ms.

It´s a rollercoaster and every peak is a stutter. Pls GGG take a statement on this.
