Cannot apply tablets to any maps called Creek

I died in a Creek map. No more tablets on this one. Intended even though I hate it with a passion, I know this is not a bug. But then around this map there are a bunch of maps called Creek, and I cannot add tablets to these maps either, even though I have never run these maps. There are Draioch stones in them, in case it matters.

Using a tablet that has never been used does not work.

Choosing a map that has a different name however does allow the usage of tablets.
