HeadHunter bug - stuck in volcano

NB: POE 2, delete here and move to right thread

When killing abyss rare monsters with the mod that spawns volcanos, the volcano spawns below the feet of the character and thus i get stuck in the middle and cannot move..
Pretty unplayable, forced to remove the belt
