Cauldron keeper quest bug

Today on 0.4.0c
in the apex of filth, the first dropped mushroom was blue, my character had a voice line for getting the third mushroom ("this is enough to fill a cauldron"). immediately finding the cauldron I turned in the single quest item, my character line was for completing the quest. nothing happened. I did the rest of the area until the remaining red and green mushrooms dropped, they turned in at the cauldron but it did not drop the flasks.
