Bug Report: Prism of Belief Jewel Has No Actual Effect

I would like to report a bug related to the Prism of Belief jewel in Path of Exile 2.

When equipping Prism of Belief, only the skill tooltip numbers change visually, but the actual damage dealt and mana cost do not change. I have tested this with multiple skills, and the result is the same in all cases.

It appears that Prism of Belief currently does not apply its effects correctly and only affects displayed values, not real gameplay mechanics.
