Bugged Prosthetic Research room in Atziri’s Temple, cant get out.

All monsters in the room killed, each pixel in this cursed room explored many times. No landmines in the corner or anything that could be killed/activated. All dead. The room still counts as incomplete and I cant get through to explore the rest of the temple I was building for a couple hours and used 3 medallions on it. Checkpoint in the room doenst activate because it counts as incomplete. No, there are no ways around mentioned room.
Suggestion:
Some monster(s) has left the room to the next one before I entered the room. And when I entered the doors were sealed. So I cant damage that monster(s), cant get out the room and the monster cant get in to be killed.
Yes, I can portal out and enter the temple again but I need to pass through this bugged room to proceed on exploring the temple. And if I portal out and come again, it allows me to enter that room but doesn’t allow to leave it unless I portal out again. So I cant get through and have to withdraw on a juiced run.
This is not the first time I encounter this bug in the temple but now I got it again, on the run I was “buffing” for a while and spent a lot of time for it. I don’t mind such content being not very rewarding if it at least works properly. But it doesn’t. And this adds to frustration from the leagues content.
