Corrupted Nexus not completing

I have completed two tier 3+ corrupted nexus's without getting any quest progression/ atlas tree points.
In the image I'm at the boss with the completed screen  最後にスレッドがバンプされた時間 時刻 2025/12/26 3:07:12

Same issue here, died on boss: the map was cleared and empty but no quest progression, i have finished 2 other corrupted nexus tier 10+ but stuck at quest T3 with no atlas points...
