Can't turn on the Companion gem anymore after taking the Mirage Deadeye ascendancy

I tried taking the support gems out and putting them back in, I tried deactivating my herald, I tried everything but it just doesn't work. If i refund the ascendancy, turn the companion on and respec into it it works until I go to another map or hideout. I lose DPS because of this and it sucks. Please help or fix the bug...I don't know what I'm supposed to do

I can confirm this bug also occured for my deadeye after taking the Mirage Deadeye Ascendency
