Einhar's Beastrite interactions with normal monsters.

I'm using the support gem in Cull the Weak, which you use to kill weak monsters and get frenzy charges.

When slaying an elite, you get the buff ( 5 min of 2x modifiers )

Now, when you use the skill again to cull anything that doesn't have modifiers, you lose the buff. Which is weird because Beheading 1 and 2 don't.
