Laviaga's Flask + Azmiri Brew multiple bugs

Hi, here is a couple of bugs that I encountered when trying to setup a flask bot.
So the general idea of this is - Laviaga's flask = Perma mana flask active with perma flask mana recovery. Azmiri Brew = Life Flask Recovery += Mana Flask recovery Alchemist's boon grants nearby allies 30% of your flask recovery. Currently it grants no life recovery from this. Not sure if it grants mana recovery because I dont have friends to test this with. However its effect does not work on minions or companions even though it states "Allies". Which include both. The notable of "Life recovery from your flasks also applies to your companions". Also doesn't not work with this. It grants no life recovery. Even though the notable doesn't explicitly state that it needs to be a life flask like other features of the game does. After having tested this with another player. They do not get the life recovery from this.
