Charged staff + flicker strike

Upon using flicker strike skill, temporarily makes disappear your "charged staff" skill charges, until you use another skill which will give you back your charged staff charges. During the time the buff disappears, it completely stops working.

Just found out about why it's happening : when using flicker and charged staff in different weapon sets, charged staff only applies to the weapon set it's been applied in.

Not sure if it's a feature or a bug but felt like it was useful to give my update on this.
