Morior Invictus Grand Regalia - socket bug

The modifier "+12 Spirit per Socket filled" on the "Morior Invictus Grand Regalia" does not seem to work with every rune. I have 5 sockets filled, which should grant me 60 Spirit, but I am only receiving 48.

The issue seems to be with "Tecrod's Gaze". Even though it fills a socket, it does not trigger the "per socket filled" stat. It appears the game isn't counting this specific rune for that modifier.

this season seems to be absolutely filled with bugs and exploits..
