Bugs in Simulacrum

I wanted to point out that there are quite a few bugs in Simulacrum, especially when you crash and then respawn. There are always some invisible/non-existent monsters that prevent you from completing the wave.

It also happens that bosses teleport outside the zone, making it impossible to finish the wave.

I farmed Simulacrum extensively in versions 0.1 and 0.2, never had any problems, but this season, Simulacrum has taken three breaks due to endless waves.
