3-socket weapon corruption disables weapon stats and aura, character basically bricked.

I corrupted a 2-socket Nebuloch into a 3-socket nebuloch and put 3 runes into it (Fenumus' Rune of Agony, Farrul's Rune of the Hunt, and Greater Rune of Alacrity) and while equipped, stats are ignored and Magma Barrier skill disabled (and cannot be re-enabled).

Actually problem in Fenumus' Rune of Agony and Nebuloch. I tried it in 1-socket Neb and for some reason weapon no longer count as one hand mace.
