Cannot engrave or equip skill gems when fulfilling requirements through the Vertex

Hey!

Thanks for the great game, but regrettably I have bugs to report. I'm wearing The Vertex, which has the "skill gems have no attribute requirements" property, and yet...

1) I can't engrave skill gems with higher int requirement than my current int
2) I can't equip skill gems with higher int requirement than my current int (except on the smith of kitava "fire spell on hit" skill support socket)
