Bug Report – Quest stuck after First Herald death

Hello,

after defeating the boss First Herald, I am unable to progress further. I killed the boss successfully, but I died at the exact same moment.

It appears that the trigger for the next scene or progression did not fire correctly. As a result, I am now stuck on the quest "The Search" with no way to continue.

Reloading the area and restarting the game did not resolve the issue.
