Voice line playback issues

Several NPC's do not play their audio when using controller. Also, many of the objects that only display text will briefly show the text and then auto close the window.

Renly is one NPC that won't playback data and all of the objects that are text only without voice over will not display for more than a fraction of a second.

One thing I've noticed, it sounds like the A/X button is registering twice. This behavior wasn't present before the recent patch and isn't happening in PoE1 or other games for me.
