Chaos trials not giving ascendacy points

i just full cleared a chaos trials with 10 trails on it for the first time and did not give me my 4th ascendancy points. i actually really frustrating i just went through that whole thing and didnt get anything. i dislike do chaos trials already and this is only making my experience with it even worse. Can this get looked into?

You need to beat The Trialmaster after the 10 trials, but in order to access him you first need to acquire 3 Fates (Deadly Fate, Cowardly Fate, Victorious Fate) from 3 x 10 trial Ultimatums (they drop from final boss) or obtain them via trade.
