Disciple of Varashta Djinns - Command Weapon Swap

Setting the minion commands to be specific to a weapon set completely de-summons the Djinn from the other set which does the following:

- Makes you unable to cast the Djinn command at all to swap to that weapon set
- Gives the command a cooldown after swapping manually to that weapon set
- Sets all commands of that minion to that weapon set instead of just the command you had selected

This behavior makes it so you cannot, for an example, have passives and weapons on slot 1 for spellpower and passives and weapons on slot 2 for minion damage for the commands.
