I am dead but the game doesn't even know it

I'll surpass the fact that I was killed in 0.1 seconds with overcapped resistances and 10k health pool and I won't laugh on the slow and meaning full fight quote but its funny to see that you are dead in the chat but still have health in the bar and in the jar and all three are different from each other.
According to bar I'm still full life and have some ES left.
According to jar I am at half health.
According to chat I am already dead.
