Lag Spikes Since Hotfixs

Didn't have any issues on launch.

Did not play from 19th until 26th and one of the hotfixes in that time seems to have destroyed my connection somehow.

I have ping spiking non stop, up into the 100's and then into the 1000's, then disconnecting. The graph looks like a heartbeat monitor of someone at 200 bpm., all the time, even when game paused.

I've tried;

updating computer drivers
updating gpu drivers
clearing DirectX 11, 12 and Vulcan shader caches
reset my modem
allocated space in 3D gpu driver settings
changed to predictive network connecting instead of lockstep (which works way better in PoE1)
tried all different settings in game, nothing helps

Anything else I can do/try? It unplayable with the non stop lagging.

You are not the only one, been having loading issues and assets missing and tons of crashes since last hotfix, they messed something up but dont expect any solution for afew weeks
