Quarterstaff broken?

Hi,
i can not see the reason, why i am not able to equip my staff on my chayula monk. As far as i can see, the requirements are all met.

I used this staff last season. I thought it might be because the attack level modifier now only is 5 at max not 6 like on the staff. But i can equip other staffs with attack level 6 modifier without a problem.

I also undid the transmute skin, but that didn't help at all.

The staff was very pricey and i do want to use my character... Please enable my staff...

OK, so they limited the rune in the sockets. I oversaw that...
