Lost skill point after respec.

I have lost 2 skill points after a respec,with no weapon set skills allowcated,now its showing 22/22 instead of 24/24.
Please give back my skill points,or the character is just dead.

After 3 days of trying everything suggested by others with similar problem,nothing has worked.
I have checked & made sure every boss that gave skill points with a + on the map are done,I even went back to all of them and redid them again,talked to every single npc again in every single act. Wasted millions of gold wipe the entire skill tree,but Im still at 22/22 points. On a level 95 character,I should have 118 skill points,and I only have 116.
While I have contacted support thru email,all I got was a reply redirected to here. Hopefully I can at least get an answer of what is going on soon.
