Cannot use spirit skills any longer

Hi,

after changing the allocation of ascendary points I cannot activate most spirit skills (for example heralds) any longer. I get the tooltip message "Not usable with current weapon set settings".

My char fulfills all the displayed requirements.

Weirdly, the skill "lingering illusions" is not affected.

The reference number is 2 623 815 454.
