Character not gaining experience

My warrior character is not gaining experience, I'm in a level 40 area with a level 29 character. I've played all the levels killing all the creatures, and all the bosses by myself, but I'm not gaining levels at all. Please fix this. Thanks.

Its not a bug, you are way outside the xp area. area 5 level above your level is the max before xp fall off starts showing

How is that possible if i've been playing this character solo, and never jumped levels?
