A4 END - Sin won't heal Makoru

HCSSF; I beat Tavakai phase 3, Sin drops down and stack ontop of Tavakai npc. Neither can be interacted with. I tp'd out, waypoint back, same thing.

I typed /bug and it looked like Sin was doing something with the weapon, but nothing happened again.

Why?
