Vileslash from Spy in Vaal Temple hits through Chaos Inculation

Hi,

I just lost my Hardcore character to the Vileslash boss in the spy room of the Vaal Temple.

The boss reduced my life to 1 HP while Chaos Inoculation was active, which should not be possible. Chaos Inoculation sets maximum life to 1 and makes the character immune to Chaos Damage, so this interaction seems incorrect.



I understand that characters cannot be restored, but this appears to be a bug and should be investigated and addressed.

Update (tested in Softcore):

I am experiencing the same issue throughout the Vaal Temple. It also happened in the Armory room. It seems that bleed damage may be bypassing Chaos Inoculation and killing the character.
