Waypoint blocks Boss Entrance - Map not completable

Issue:
in an Endgame Waystone Map, a checkpoint/waypoint spawned directly in front of the boss room entrance, completely blocking access. The boss cannot be reached or triggerd.

Result:
The map is impossible to complete an the Waystone is effectively lost.

Expected Result:
The boss entrance should never be blocked by checkpoints or map objects.

Additional Info:
- Occurred in Endgame
- Waysone Map
- Re-entering the area does not fix the issue


This appears to be a layout spawn bug.
