High Network Latency While Standing in Breach Ground

While using precursors
- Legendary Besieged Breach Precursor Tablet
- Clear Skies Delirium Precursor Tablet

I have noticed that my lag is associated to the ground in which I am standing. If I stand in the breach ground I appear so laggy as to almost be disconnecting (~3000 ms). Pausing the game removes all latency (~32 ms). Walking outside of the breach area, regardless of breach mobs nearby, also appears to resolve the latency.

I am somewhat sure this is related to being delirious at the same time.

From further runs it may be more related to delirious.
