Navira's Fracturing not fracturing

Essentially title. Went Navira's fracturing on disciple of varashta. Screen wide chilled ground, but using the skill the chilled ground does not explode. I've ensured there are enemies in my chilled ground, removed all socketed supports, removed all spells from being cast on second weapon, and removed my second weapon entirely to no avail. She comes out to perform the ability but nothing happens.

I cannot play my character.

NOT A BUG!!

Figured it out, I had persistent ground support in Ice Nova.

Leaving it up in case anyone runs into the same issue.
