Encased in Jade not usable in any shapeshifted forms

when shapeshifted as the warbringer ascendency, you are not able to use encased in jade ascendency passive skill while using the talisman as a weapon type, I am scaling skill effect duration for walking calamity and ancestral cry but im not allowed to use encased in jade for the extra guard while in bear form. all ascendency skills should be usable with all weapon types even while shapeshifted.
