Constent crashing/lagging out PS5

6 out of 10 times i pause the game to check my inventory or when change maps, the game Crashes or stays stuck on loading screen. At that point I have to restart the game.

I've cleared my PS cache, deleted/reinstalled the game at least 5 times. Factory reset my Playstation. Still same issue.

Created a different character, game Crashes in act 2. Cant continue the storyline.

Please advise.
