Lost unique loot do to disconnect.

I was playing through act 3 in Jiquani’s Sanctum. Got to the corruption alter and corrupted my rampart raptor. It got a 3rd rune slot. Then I proceeded to install the cores in the generators to fight the boss. While fighting the boss I got disconnected. When I reconnected my rampart raptor was no longer in my inventory and the corruption alter was used and I couldn’t interact with it. I have a 5 minute PlayStation clip of this happening.
