Bug # 2133044872: Disconnect at a "Moment of Zen" = failed map

Attempted to go through a Moment of Zen node, the shop didn't have anything of interest except for an Unique Delirium tablet:

1) I try to ctrl+click it to take it, nothing happens.
2) I click it, it gets lifted on the cursor, but still remains on the trader's window,
3) I click on my inventory to drop it, then
4) "Unexpected disconnect"

When I log back in, there is no Unique Delirium tablet in my inventory, there are no portals open to the Moment of Zen map, and the Moment of Zen map shows as "Failed", and I can't go through it anymore.
